ROLE DETAILS

LINE COOK

Type: Full-time

What you’ll do: Prepare and plate menu items, keep station stocked/clean, follow recipes and food safety.

Requirements: Kitchen experience preferred, reliable, strong teamwork.

Availability: Days/nights (varies).

BAR BACK

Type: Seasonal / Part-time

What you’ll do: Run food, clear tables of plates and glasses, stock beer fridges, maintain cleanliness, support servers & bartenders.

Requirements: Ability to multitask, strong pace under pressure, able to lift 50 lbs. Smart Serve required.

Availability: Mid-day / Nights / Weekends preferred.

HOST

Type: Seasonal / Part-time

What you’ll do: Be the first to greet guests as they arrive, seat them in an orderly manner, evenly seat guests to the servers/bartenders, maintain a waiting list.

Requirements: Ability to multitask, strong pace under pressure, organized, ability to hold one's own. Smart Serve required.

Availability: Mid-day / Nights / Weekends preferred.
